GMC Sales Shoot Up in November

General Motors said sales of its cars and trucks in the US increased an amazing 11.7% from the same month last year, while sales of its four core brands. Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac and GMC, increased 20.8%.

The 11.7% increase excludes sales for Saab, which GM sold earlier this year. In November, GM sold 168,739 new cars and trucks, up from 151,056 last year. Of the GM's four remaining brands, Buick showed the sharpest increase with a 36% increase.
