We purchased the car new in Georgia in January and on our way home, the engine light came on. OnStar advised us to bring the car to a GMC dealer to resolve the problem. It was determined that the MAPP sensor was defective. The part was ordered and within a week replaced at Mossy. After a week or two, the engine light came on again; I brought it in to Mossy and it was determined that there was a defective exhaust cable. This was replaced promptly. Thanks for all your help.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with the Mossy Motors service department an most of that can be attributed to constant communication with service writer Jeff and his apparent custmer focus. I have never received better service from any dealership.

I am very pleased with the service we received at Mossy Motors. Mossy offered a fast but quality service. If we had known that Mossy Motors was at that location, we would have done business with them when we purchased the car . We will shop at Mossy Motors when looking for our next automobile.
