I received the same great service that I always do. Jeff Smith always keeps me updated with the progress and/or problems encountered with my Yukon and it is always a pleasure to spend time with Catherine when she picks me up and drops me off. I was getting my Yukon road ready to make a long trip. She had 194,000 plus miles and I am happy to say that I made my trip and now have 196,000 plus miles and didn't have any problems. I really appreciate all the assistance I get from the service department keeping my Yukon going for as long as possible.
The intake was timely The staff is friendly and attentive enough. My opinion is that some of the services need to be tweaked. I still have one issue that was not satisfactorily performed for me. I will have to go back in at a later time to resolve it. The other issues seemed to be taken care of. I was given a loaner so I did not have to wait all day. That was definitely a plus! I was called in at the latest time of the day just before closing so I was not able to inspect the vehicle for all the work I asked for. The car wash was a service that I did not expect. It was done but not well. My vehicle had water spots left on the windows and some parts of the truck. I had to re-wash it again.
The service was not the worst, but if they want to get an Excellent rating the details need to be tweaked!
