Quick oil change.

Everyone was very respectful and kind, I was not oversold on anything and the pricing was fair.

My salesman, James Brown was excellent. The buying process took almost 5 hours, which I thought was too long, but everyone at the dealership was courteous and friendly.

I was able to drop my car off for an oil change, and I was able to be transported back to work. So I won't miss any work time and they were able to pick me up once my service was completed.

I left my phone at home and the service representative failed to tell me I needed an alignment. I stayed at the service department from 730 to 9 o’clock left and went home. Checked my phone and found out about the alignment. The service representative could have verbally communicated that I needed this service while I was sitting in the department. I found this to be poor communication from the service representative to the customer.

I always bring my 2 - 2020 gmc to Mossy because the excellent service provided by Eddie Alder service manager. I have extended service contract on both vehicles. Anytime I have an issue Eddie gets the vehicle repaired and takes care of all the warranty issues.

My experience with mossy is always the same excellent Service. I've used 4 other dealershin in the last 15 years Mossy is the most transparent on all levels.

Service rotated my tires and left one lug nut loose and luckily it fell off at my property and I accidentally found it.

When I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by Mr. Irons. He was cordial and he didn't "force my hand" into purchasing something I didn't want. He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He is a great asset to the Mossy Motors family.

Friendly and knew what to look for in the problem is had

Mossy is my go-to dealer for new, used and service. They get the service right and help me with warranty claims on extended service contracts.

My GMC Sierra needed a part and there were doubts when the part would arrive. That part arrived overnight and the next day Mossy called and said my truck was fixed and I could pick it up. Very reliable dealership. Thanks!

Zack Bartel was very responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I didn’t know he worked there but he was from my old service provider, that gave me a peace of mind and I knew I was in good hands. Zack is always on point and his customer service skills are superb!

I love this location everyone is always so happy and willing to help at any given time. Mr. EDDIE IS AMAZING AND the Shuttle drive is a very safe and caution driver. I purchase my car from the Westbank in 2022 but all my services is at the Board location only.

My experience with Mossy was overall amazing, and I truly appreciate the excellent service I received. However, I did want to share a concern regarding an incident in the waiting area. While waiting for my vehicle, there was another customer with a large dog that was not a service animal. The dog approached me unexpectedly, and I was surprised by how close it came, especially since I was facing the opposite direction. Although the owner quickly regained control, I was concerned about the potential safety and comfort of customers in the waiting area. Allowing non-service animals in shared spaces can create risks, and I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes of preventing similar situations in the future.

My experience with Mossy’s Service Department has always been great. I trust them and bring all my vehicles there. Eddie is terrific and very knowledgeable.

Disappointing to say the least. Made an appt. through the website for 10a on 24 NOV 2025. Arrived at 945a and was told by service personnel that Mossy doesn’t do appts., its first come first serve and if I wanted to wait for the vehicle it wouldn’t be done until 1p. I was told to come back at 1p and they could get me in and out. Came back at 1p with a reasonable wait time however when my vehicle was finished I inspected under the hood like I normally do and the cap to the wiper fluid wasn’t replaced.

Very good experience

Mr. Willie Irons was a no nonsense salesman. I never felt pressured, did all of the negotiation's over the phone, was never surprised with added fees and didn’t spend my entire day in the dealership. Michael Jourdan lived up to his name and provided an excellent finance rate. Would 100% recommend doing business with Mossy Motors!
